What is a For
Hire Captain?
It means if you
have a boat -personal or Charter Boat are not very comfortable with running it you
need a For Hire Captain,it also means you furnish everything including
fuel,bait and such HE IS NOT A DECKHAND and Capt.Bill will run it and take
you fishing Galveston or Freeport Texas all it takes is maybe 10 min
for him to see the boat and get to know the electronics and off you go,He is a
very eperienced Capt. and will teach you whatever you want to know he is a
very good teacher whether you have triples/doubles/inboards/ doesn't matter
..If he does not have a charter that day he will run
your boat for you. They are firm and you can fish areas he knows produces fish All For Hire
trips must have payment recieved in full prior to him arriving at dock.

| What types of fishing will we do? Trolling, drifting, fishing bottom structure,rigs,shrimp boats, when you are fishing you try to adapt to each situation |
| What kind of Tackle do we use? Updated Penn Reels and Rods. New rigging is done before every trip to minimize break off's, we also now have a electric reel for those deep water grouper ! |
| Do you get to keep all the fish you catch? YES, these are your fish. We will not keep anything unless you give them to us. This is why we have a permited boat so you can keep what you catch LEGALLY. We do follow all limits and sizes |
| What if I get sick while out- let's face it when you are out Capt.Bill will not come in unless it is agreed by all . So please no greasy foods before your trip and take some seasick meds.. Try Dramamine non drowsy or try Motion Ease saw it at boat US and Boaters world, we are not a taxi service so if he has to go back to dock the trip is over. |
| How far out do we usually go on Normal Offshore trips? Normally it is around 50 miles .. We do whatever it may take to get you fish if one spot doesn't produce we head to another.Usually within a 50 mile range sometimes under depends on where the bite is, Trolling is done on all trips the LadyC is very fast boat, She's not new but, she is a good looking boat and brings in fish and everyone who books with us 9/10 comes back for more. She is not a slow boat |

| Why do we require 2 contact numbers? I need to be sure I can reach you to confirm the date and Capt.Bill does a call a few days before your trip to verify you know how to get to the dock and answer any last min. questions, If weather is going to be bad he will call a trip to rebook. |
| What if the date i want is already booked? Lynn, Has teamed with other boats/Captains from flats to Bluewater she can get you covered, we are not a booking service we will gladly give you other numbers to call or She can book you on other boats. |
| Coolers- you can bring 1 very small cooler onboard either boat, but, not really needed, we will not stick your food with smelly ice I promise, Normally we transfer yours to ours. |
