1. EVERYTHING INCLUDED BUT, FOOD AND DRINKS , FISH CLEANING IS INCLUDED . THE CAPTAIN AND DECKHAND HAVE THEIR OWN WATER PLEASE BRING YOURS. I WORDED IT DIFFERENT BECAUSE OF A MISUNDERSTANDING.THERE IS FRESHWATER IN THE WASHDOWN BUT, IT IS NOT DRINKABLE.

2. ALL BOATS ARE FULLY PERMITED AND HAVE ALL REQUIRED COAST GUARD EQUIPMENT EPIRB IS ONBOARD ALL BOATS and TWIC Compliant Certified USCG Captains AND A MASTERCAPTAIN with USCG DOCUMENTATION YOUR SAFETY IS OUR #1 CONCERN WHILE ONBOARD OUR BOATS. Remember Captains word is "Law" onboard a boat.

3.WE DO ALLOW BEER ONBOARD IN CANS IN MODERATION NO HARD STUFF PLEASE IT DOES NOT MIX TRUST US. AND NO BANANA'S OR SUNFLOWER SEEDS. (Warning sun flower seeds do clog the boat drains if you decide to bring seeds anyhow you will incur a small cleaning fee before you leave the dock of 100.00 ) SORRY NO BOOZE CRUISES OFFSHORE..NO glass containers onboard any trip . Please use the trash container. You wanted to charter a nice boat please leave it nice for the next person.

4. WE WANT BIG FISH AND TO DO THIS WE ARE RIGGED WITH BIG FISH GAME LINE PENN REELS WITH 80+ LB. LINE AND STEEL LEADERS

5. DO NOT FORGET YOU WILL NEED A TEXAS SALTWATER FISHING LICENSE Please make sure your red drum tag is attached for Bay and Jetty Fishing PURCHASE AT ANY ACADEMY, OR WALMART OR ONLINE AT TEXAS PARKS AND WILDLIFE without a license you will not be able to fish not even catch and release. Children 16 and under will need a red drum tag if they plan on keeping a bullred

The balance payment for the charter is due at the dock prior to fishing in the form of CASH. PERSONAL CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED neither will company checks. If you would prefer you can pay the remainder of the trip by credit card but, you must do this the day prior to the charter not the day of. Also if paying in full your Captains Tips will be included in your charge.

 remember communication is KEY

We don't stop there. We stay in contact with you and confirm when Deposit is recieved. before your trip the captain will call and give you his uninterrupted attention. Yes, it is that easy. Please remember the captains are usually on the water and may not call until a few days before your trip be patient they will call you.

Cancellation Policy:
A deposit is needed to confirm a trip.
A deposit can be paid using credit card
Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are good for 1 year from the date of your trip
Cancelled trips due to weather can be rescheduled within 1 year. Once a trip is ran no refunds if you have caught fish

Liability Waiver
All passengers must sign a liability waiver prior to boarding the vessel. All Charters have waiver forms this is not unsual.

If paying remainder cash at dock

Once boat has left the dock, any request to return to dock for any reason will result in customer being charged in full for the trip that was scheduled.
20% Gratuity Is Customary & Appreciated
Our captains and deckhands work extremely hard before, during and after charters to provide our customers with the best possible Please reward our hard work with the gratuity that is customary to this industry. Remember Captain Collects all monies and Tips are split.

Bad Weather

It is completly up to your captain if the trip is runnable please trust his knowledge. While we are not paid to predict the weather we try very hard to make a choice on conditions of your trip with this in mind we try to let you know 3 -4 days in advance. Remember if you insist we can make changes to a offshore trip for a jetty trip instead.
