If workingman charters cannot book your charter we will in good effort send you to another boat but, you will NOT hold workingman charters responsible for that refered charter service. There is No charge for ths service to you. These are NOT Workingman Charters Boats each boat is a seperate entity and charter service. But, payments can be made to the Charter Captain and mailed to the Workingman Address.

Deposits:
In case of weather- related cancellations, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our Captains control, the deposit will be refunded or moved to another date. Customer-initiated cancellations for any reason are not eligible for deposit refunds . Please note, checks are accepted for deposits only, CASH is required at the time of departure. Any refunds of any kind (checks,) are issued by company check from that specific captain.
